The 2018 Bugatti Divo takes the Chiron’s enormous power and redirects attention towards corners. Bugatti introduced this limited-run hypercar at The Quail in California in August 2018. Its new body, revised suspension and aerodynamics give the familiar W16 platform a different purpose.

How does the Divo differ from the Chiron?
Power output alone does not explain the Divo. The revised body manages airflow for cooling and grip, while the chassis changes focus on cornering response. Bugatti also increased wheel camber and linked that change to the 380 km/h speed limit.
For comparison, the 2016 Bugatti Chiron places more emphasis on balancing extreme speed with long-distance comfort. The Divo shows how engineers can give related cars different priorities without simply adding more power.
